• In accordance with clinical trial regulations, Castor stores an audit trail log of all study events.
• The study audit trail allows for reviewing all study events and changes made throughout the study.
• Only study admins with all management rights have access to the full audit trail.
• As a monitor, you can view the audit trail for all record results in data entry. 
• To view the audit trail of a single field,  click on the cogwheel next to the field:
•  A popup will appear detailing the changes to the field.
•  The date, the user who changed the field, and the new value are displayed
